rev894 - If USB drive not connected, remote loses sync #369

If you don't have a USB drive connected, the app will come up with the "USB
Error - Drive not Found" screen.  With an OK and Cancel button.  The only
problem is... the remote loses sync, so it's impossible to click either of
these buttons.  This also happened with the build 889 I tried as well.

Sorry I got the version numbers wrong.  It's happening with 892.  It also 
happened
with 888.
