Cant download cheats

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to download the cheats, which I believe come from USBgecko.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No cheats will appear

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I was using 1.0 just got 1.1 and im on 4.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Ok so the real issue here is that USBgecko which is where the cheats come 
from...I think is down.  So I dont know what to do.  Also I was wondering 
if there was any way for me to be able to put my own cheats on because 
when I could download them there were some I wanted that were not on 
there.  Is there a certain file that the codes are stored in that I could 
put cheats in manually so I would not have to download the file?  Or am I 
sol until USBgecko decides to put their website back up?

This has been fixed since r891. Unfortunately we haven't released an official 
update
