Code Dump in 1.2a when the Wireless Connection is DISABLED ! #379

Hi,

   I got CODE DUMP in CoverFloader v1.2a when I turned off the wireless 
connection. Would the authors please find some ways to fix this problem ?

Moreover, as a minor issue, could the loader be executable if the SD-Card 
is not plugged in Wii's SD slot ? Every time when I start the loader 
without plugging my SD-Card, I get the CODE DUMPs without exceptions.

Thanks you for your kindness to provide we wiiers such a gorgeous 
application. However, there are still some weaknesses for further patch-up.

confirmed, i am facing the same crash/code dump when coverfloader doesnt find a
network. i tried to disable the autoupdate tag in the xml setting file but this 
gave
me another codedump

Same issue if is turned on wired network, and turned off the wireless 
connection.
