Installing backup games wont work on v1.2 (stable) #387

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on the + to install a game to HDD
2. put original disc in drive
3. coverfloader freezes and have to turn off to reset

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Id expect that if it worked id see some kind of bar graph for completion 
or size of game to be dumped to a wbfs format HDD?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Coverfloader 1.2 (stable)
Homebrew channel v1.01
cIOS36 Rev10
cIOS 222/223
Wii System menu 3.4E
