Disc Checking Error #396

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load game (using Metroid Prime Trilogy)
2. Select desired game
3. Begins to load, then reboots into Wii Menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to playing my game, but I get the Menu

What version of the product are you using?
Coverfloader 1.2 and 4.0 NTSC
