CoverFlow is not working on WII 4.1U i would like to know if u can try to fix 
this, thanks very much

I have the same problem. The wad isn't installing, and I can't downgrade my 
system... 
I've had some nightmarish experiences with this in the past.

try uninstalling the coverfloader wad first. even if its not installed... then
install it.

@rafaeljsilva: Are you reporting a problem with installing the wad, running the
Loader from the Homebrew Channel or launching games from the Loader?

@Racerdude09: Can you confirm you are able to install other wads? It sounds 
like you
do not have a cIOS installed.
