Code dumps on initializing #409

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Main menu should appear

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

The only version i can currently get working is the stable branch, if i
compile any of the latest builds or use 1.2a then i keep on getting code
dumps as the loader tries to initiate.

Its code dumping when it says 'Loading textures'.

I had this issue ONLY with a forwarder.  It works perfectly in 4.2 with HBC.
