What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Coverfloader
2. Load Super Paper Mario or Super Smash Bros Brawl

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game should play

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Error occurs on 1.2 & 1.2a, with system menu 3.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Running these titles produce a code / stack dump.  These games play
correctly on versions 1.1 and lower, and other usb loaders packages.

Not sure if its helpful but I have both these games running without any issues 
on r1006.

I fixed the code/stack dump by activating the VID TV fix, but then I get a 
message saying to insert the brawl disc.
