No WIFI with Cheats

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Game with Cheats
2. Go on WiFi

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect myself to be able to cheat over wifi. Instead, I get error 20109.
NOTE: That's very different from the Error 20102 July 12 ban.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Coverfloader 1.2a

Please provide any additional information below.

I just want people to be able to use the speedometer cheat online.
I bet you wasted your time to add a few lines to block wifi when cheating

Anything that alters gameplay has the potential to give you an unfair advantage

I can cheat using Gecko OS or some other loader, but then I think:
You use GPL, I'll recompile my own version!
Here's a script:
function legitcheck(stuff){
return true;
}
It'll return true if you should be allowed to use it online

Guys could you really please make wifi available when cheats are on. It's 
really 
annoying when I play on campaign with cheats and then when I want to play 
online I have 
to go back to system menu then into the homebrew chanel (the forwarder wad 
hardly ever 
works. gives DSI exception) open up coverfloader turn cheats off then go back 
to the 
game to play online. 
Anyway I don't think any cheats work online without Gecko USB.
