When IOS 222/223 is selected as default, on load no WBFS partition is found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start CoverFloader
2.In the settingsmenu select IOS 222/223 as default
3.Restart CoverFloader

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Selectable covers, first CoverFloader screen is expected. I'm presented 
with a gray screen telling me that there os no WBFS partition. By pressing 
1 and 2 it will format B exits/

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I've tried 1021 and 1023. My OS is version 4.1E

Please provide any additional information below.
When I use a different USB loader everything works fine. After removing 
the CoverFloader.xml from the SD card the program start but when changing 
the default IOS the same thing happens again.
