Ripping games to HDD after installing New Super Mario Bros Wii update from retail disk results in code dump

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start CoverFloader via homebrew channel (4.1U)
2. Click + Button, insert game, start rip
3. Code Dump

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I ripped 6 games before the update with no issues. I believe that I need to
reinstall various IOS, but I'm unsure of what to use

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest CoverFloader (Dec 22) System Menu 4.1U
