Black screen on startup #493

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install cIOS36, WADManager 1.4, and CoverFloader following tutorial video
2. Try opening CoverFloader, USB Loader GX, or NeoGamma from Home menu

What should happen? What happens instead?
The programs should startup like normal. Instead, after clicking the "Start" 
icon on the screen from the Home menu, the screen goes black and the controller 
turns off

What version of CoverFloader? What cIOS version? What SystemMenu version?
CoverFloader 1.0, cIOS36, most recent system menu (I think)

Please provide any additional information below.
Must hold power button on console to shut it down when this problem happens.
