DejavuSansMono not displayed in Okular when font-hinting is enabled #539

Hi,

while I experience this issue I stumbled over this old bug report from 2015:

I can currently work around be using tools/tcpdf_addfont.php and regenerate the DejaVu-fonts using the font data from version 2.37. I did not yet check whether the point was to rebuild the font-data or if is the upgrade to version 2.37.

After regenerating all DejaVu fonts still the oblque variatns of DejaVuSansMono do not display if font hinting is enabled in Okular. Does anyone know if the problem is localized in

The error from 2015 sounds to be very similar. Had this been resolved in the meanwhile?
