Change infoBulle to tcolorbox from mdframed #7

tcolorbox is already used for customising minted environments. Currently infoBulle (and derivatives like marginInfoBulle) use mdframed. It doesn't make sense to load two packages that do the same thing, and mdframed seems to be the inferior package (see: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/135871/what-are-the-relative-strong-and-weak-points-between-tcolorbox-and-mdframed).

The infoBulle part is completed in b5610c39a4dca2ea44c6b3735f8554988fa75866.
