Discussion about moving this repo to a organization #372

Hi all!

I'm considering moving this repo to a GitHub organization. It can provide better permission control (for example, I currently can't connect this repo to pre-commit.ci), and all features we need are free for public repos (https://github.com/pricing#compare-features).

Any ideas? @tecosaur
