Updated README to specify alternatives to install texcount #391

I have created this PR because I encountered the TexCount error after installing the extension and it was a little difficult to understand where to get the texcount script from. I thought it would be a good idea to add some details and an alternative.

I assume texcount is included in most of the tex distributions (texlive, mactex, etc.). How did you install tex?

I installed it via MacTeX a couple of years ago.
