Do we need to run org-check-external-command each time? #10

Currently org-check-external-command runs every time we preview. While it doesn't cause an appreciable delay (at least on SSDs), can we avoid scanning every directory in PATH for each preview run? Perhaps we can run this just before the first preview run and cache the result for that session.

On my system org-check-external-command takes 0.00004s to run, so I'm not sure it's worth bothering with this TBH.
