org-babel-execute:latex is broken #32

We have references to org-latex-preview-create-image in ob-latex.el. There is no function by this name. As a result org-babel-execute:latex is broken at the moment.

This appears to be the result of a simple renaming (org-preview-latex-* -> org-latex-preview-*) from Jan 1st (4f25ae95).

There are also references to org-latex-preview-header, another unbound symbol. I'm guessing we meant org-latex-preview-preamble here.
