Better handling of virtual keyboard #29

The current handling has some limitations which should be fixed in a later 
version:
- No text changed event: 
If the text within the keyboard changes the clients should get notified. This 
might be possible with the current MediaPortal but I haven't found a way to do 
it yet.
- "Enter" from a remote client should be mapped to "Done" on the 
virtualkeyboard. Unfortunately there is currently no way to do this in 
MediaPortal. This needs a patch for MediaPortal.
