I didn't reorganize it because it was hard to spot the difference of the codes.

• [x] Made a new function is_logged_in() to quickly return True or False and is useful to check before running pre-scheduled scripts if sometime has elapsed after a previous one
• [ ] Changed the name of function "get_dividends()" to "get_dividends_incoming()" since this will return the future payments declared but not yet paid. Already paid past dividends can be pulled from the get_activities() function
• [x] Added an option to get_watchlist() to directly return a list of symbols of items on the watchlist for quick reference

For renaming the dividend function, I am a bit hesitant now because existing users using the function might have errors in their code, Sorry, I am quite busy lately, let me find a time and a way to make it compatible with exisiting functions.

No worries man, thanks for getting back! Yea I understand the serial copy/paste is difficult to spot easy on git, and makes sense to keep the function name as is now.
