Links and tabs drag and dropping into bookmark folders are moved to default bookmark folder #541

This makes managing bookmarks outside of the new default bookmark folder difficult.

Instead only bookmarks added via the instant bookmark button or the context menu "Bookmark tab(s)" should be directed to the default bookmark folder but other bookmarks added to a specific location should be allowed to go into the place where they've been put.

I can't use default bookmark folder in its current state unfortunately. I struggle to even add new links to my bookmark toolbar

"This regression cannot be fixed in the current state of the APIs" according to release notes for version 3.0, however this bug is not present in the prior version(2.13.0), which I've simply never updated from due to this issue. Rolling back is the workaround.

Confirming this bug is still present in 4.0. This breaks a daily use case of bookmarks for me so I still cannot update. 2.13 functionality still working perfectly
