What trading strategy does this project use?

I''m trying to build a platform that can execute any arbitrary trading strategy. I'm currently working on getting and keeping data so that backtesting is an option. I'm planning on implementing a pretty basic momentum strategy once I get things running smoothly, then try to learn from there.
