Migrating Connection Class Configuration change From Existing AE PR
Migrate request and metadata - parser classes code changes
Migrating Streaming parser IParser related code changes
Migrating stream parser async related code changes
Migrating value parser related code changes
Refactor the logic for reading encrypt value under value parser
Verify the new encrypt column content parsing function logic
