Breadcrumbs should not be hardcoded #66

Instead of being hardcoded into the Page class, Breadcrumbs should be 
generated by a TagBox and passed to the page as a region. They should be 
able to have a parameter passed to them to set the separator, too. (And 
maybe we should use a variant of them to create SEO-friendly titles.)
