Post-install landing page does not work correctly #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Mortar fresh from a new install.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The site should redirect you to view the index page after a successful 
installation, but instead it takes you to a URL of the form:

{siteUrl}/?id=

which results in 404 error.
