Timestamps seem to be rounded to the nearest minute #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any "read" action on the admin side.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The seconds field should be the seconds, but is instead always "00".

Can't replicate (which is saying something since I submitted it).
