Publish date default to creation time #78

Currently if you go to add a new model into the system the publish date gets 
auto populated with 
the current time. This means, however, that its possible to walk away from the 
screen for five 
minutes and have the publish date occur before the actual creation.

I think this behavior should be changed to leave the publish date blank by 
default, and if the 
system gets the input back empty it should use the creation date.
