Cache Settings Should Be Explained In Installer #86

In the current Mortar installer, there is a section to select your cache 
handler but no explanation as to the purpose of this setting or what an 
individual should do if they don't understand the options available. A 
text box saying "unless you have X specific reason, just leave this at the 
default" would be helpful.
