Currently, if you log in by visiting the Log In action directly (rather
than being redirected there due to trying to access something you don't
have permission for) the system returns you to the Login Action with a
success message. Instead, it should redirect you to the "home" page
(probably the Dashboard or the Read action for the default site) if no
location to redirect to is set.
