Add hyphen and ellipsis UTF-8 characters #40

A couple of minor additions to the UTF-8 translation that I came across in a number of my music files. Other ones were apostrophes which are fixed now in the translation.

I'm sure there are others but at which point do we stop?

I also notice the large message apostrophe seems to be backwards on the BMW display. Seems like a back tick actually if anything. Is this expected?

@ShonkyCH, regarding apostrophe direction, I've checked glyphs from the stock MKIV V32 firmware and it looks like that's expected for 30x30 (the biggest one) font. glyph30 glyph18

@AlexeyPribytkin thanks for confirming. A bit strange given the smaller ones are correct.
