UTF-8 support for CD53 & BMBT as much as possible, enable and request UTF8 from phone in CallerID (Apple needs it). More thorough buffer overrun check on charset handling. Change BT Class of Device to announce like Car Audio + HFP. (version bump, should not be in this patch...)
