Visual Studio 2010 project file for GLTools is missing from repository #26

The GLTools vs2010 project file is expected (I assume) to be found in 
VisualStudio2010\GLTools . But, the folder is empty.

Also, if the SuperBible5_2010 solution file is loaded, it reports a failure in 
loading the aforementioned project file.

Same here, project is missing for VS2010.
