We would like to apologise for the major outage on 06 Jan. Initial investigation shows that an automated firewall mechanism misbehaved and blocked the bot on our internal network. This issue has now being resolved and we are looking into what triggered this automated blocking. The bot is now up again and full functionality has been restored.
