Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have restarted the bot. There was some work going on in the neighborhood and our internet service ownership was transferred this morning. In a few weeks I am going to be migrating the bot to a dedicated enterprise server in the cloud and releasing the May update, which should solve these issues definitively. Again, apologies for the uninformed outage.
