Server Down notification? #225

I love this bot and think it is a must have for all MC server owners, but I think it is missing a little feature - downtime notifications. When the monitored server goes from online to offline, then it sends a message in a certain channel (maybe created by the bot). This would only happen if the server was online before to prevent spamming.

Glad to hear you're liking it! This sounds like a very good feature indeed. I've put it onto the dev roadmap! Ill probably get to it for the August or September update depending on how long the localization stuff takes which is the current priority.
