Trying to fix the CI errors on pushes to test pypi.

OK - I am hoping this solves issues with the CI, but the only way to know is to merge this into master. Since this doesn't affect any functionality, I am going to go ahead and merge this myself.

Oh well, looks like that didn't work. I'll look into it more tomorrow.
