Kitchen countertop-height receptacles not providing power #2

Fridge is also on extension cord, this outlet/circuit is not reliable.

Bigger project than he thought - wants to look at all the circuits. Coming back Saturday at 10 am.

Sparky fixed the outlets yesterday. New 20 amp breaker for kitchen GFCI and refrigerator. Burnt breaker, burnt panel post, corroded bus bar.

Now I have no 220v to Water heater (Issue #1)

Bad breaker. Sparky fixed it. Now I know how to replace breakers, which was part of fixing #1 .
