Video preview: Video is playing without picture #201

When I select a video inside the file manager with the file properties panel open, I see and hear that the video is playing (the time scale moves forwards and I hear the sound playing), but I don't see the picture. I run Polo 18.3.1 BETA under Arch Linux, installed via the polo-bin PKGBUILD from AUR.
