README does not accurately reflect current donation options #410

Reading thru the README, I have found that you are linking a Patreon profile that does not exist. Searching Patreon for "Timeshift" and "TeejeeTech" didnt yield any results. Perhaps it would be worth it to update the README file so that it corrently links to your current Patreon account, if you still have it, and remove the link if you closed it?

As far as I've heard the developer moved to other realms. He plans to make some of his open source apps as closed source and cannot provide support for other of his great open source projects due to money issues. I've ehard in a Linux podcast. Is this true? If someone can confirm.
