Describe the bug Running sudo ukuu --check doesn't show kernel 4.18.9 as an available update and throws (process:1165): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: 22:13:38.798: g_output_stream_clear_pending: assertion 'G_IS_OUTPUT_STREAM (stream)' failed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run sudo ukuu --check
  2. Get

    ukuu v18.9
    Distribution: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
    Architecture: amd64
    Running kernel: 4.18.8-041808-generic
    Kernel version: 4.18.8-041808-generic
    Cache: /home/bjoern/.cache/ukuu
    Temp: /tmp/ukuu/0CNQST3z
    aria2c version: 1.33.1
    Fetching index from kernel.ubuntu.com...

(process:1165): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: 22:13:38.798: g_output_stream_clear_pending: assertion 'G_IS_OUTPUT_STREAM (stream)' failed

(process:1165): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: 22:13:38.799: g_output_stream_clear_pending: assertion 'G_IS_OUTPUT_STREAM (stream)' failed OK

Found installed: 4.18.8-041808.201809150431 Found installed: 4.15.0-34.37

No updates found

**Expected behavior**
I would expect it to show 4.18.9, which is due to kernel.org the newest release.

**System (please complete the following information):**
 - Linux Distribution Name and Version: Ubuntu 18.04
 - Desktop: Gnome
 - Application Version:v.18.9

+1 for the error. Has been reported in the past but was never fixed.

I've been seeing the same commandline output, but without the GLIB errors.

Further investigation shows that at this time there are no '4.18.9' files to be had (downloaded) see here ==> http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.18.9/ ...

Also see, for example, and by comparison ==> http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.18.8/

There seems to have been some sort of build error for the 4.18.9 kernel?
