Edited eda and ml portions of notebook #61

Comments:

Combined all the relevant portions of the eda notebooks into a single notebook
Renamed and adjusted the ml notebooks to make it more streamlined

Other comments:

We should delete the eda folder, or perhaps the other notebooks inside of it
I think the "evaluation_cases" in the ml folder is redundant.
Need to work of the data augmentation folder. Will get to that later

Just took a second look at the data augmentation folder, and I think it is redundant. Let me know your thoughts
