feature request: setting year #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running older logs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rev 50/linux

Please provide any additional information below.
since blizzard is going to be retarded and not include the year in the
logs, and I assume stasis grabs the year from system time, it'd be nice to
have the ability to set it, such as -year 2009 for older logs.

Amazingly, and I didn't know this until I just grepped the source, this is 
already a feature and works exactly the 
way you want it. I'll add some documentation about it though!
