Issue Parsing Data for Raid Encounters #37

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I go to the command prompt
2. I enter the stasis folder & type "perl stasis add -dir d:\stasiscl\www -ver
2 -file d:\world of warcraft\WoWCombatLog.txt
3. After it normally parses I go into my upload folder and type "scla.pl -d" to
remove the excess files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally it would parse the fights and save the data to the folders as usual,
but after patch 4.0.1 it no longer does that. Instead all I get is

"stasis: done processing. found 28 players, 998 pets, and 0 boss encounters.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
When I SVN update my stasis folder it says "At revision: 85". Im currently
using Windows Vista Ultimate SP 2.

Please provide any additional information below.
I normally use loggerhead to handle my combat logs. Oddly enough when I was
forced to update World of Warcraft and Loggerhead to versions 4.0.1 thats when
I had issues with stasis parsing the data. When I updated Loggerhead it did say
this on the page for it "The latest version of Loggerhead (4.0.108) will blow
away your old DB. You have been warned!" I dont know if that has anything to do
with it

I will host my most recent combat log from 10/19/2010 from my guilds website
just in case you want to take a look at it:

Is the apostasis project dead like the original stasiscl now?

No. I plan to update the parser but got no logs in the PTR phase and haven't
had free time recently. I do intend to make an update but equally if another
coder can do the job faster and better I'm happy to run over repository control.

Ok, the combat log I posted on the 19th is from the live game servers with
patch 4.0.1 active.

Thanks for the log. I've narrowed down the problem and should have an update
later tonight. I've not fully reverse-engineered things that have changed but
hopefully it'll look right.

I dont know why, but all the logs parsed correctly with the exception of the
Heroic Blood Prince Council event. It logged the fight but it marked it as
normal and not heroic. Unfortunately I deleted my raid log from tuesday to
parse my log from thursday. Ill post my log when we run them again this
upcoming raid week.
