merge non-stacking auras #122

Would it be possible to merge non-stacking buffs/debuffs under the aura 
uptimes?  Like in the 
example Patchwerk report, Ebon Plague has 97% uptime but Earth and Moon has 40% 
uptime.  
Originally I didn't see EP in the list so I was like "zomg poor casters" but 
really the total uptime of 
the 13% spell damage debuff was at least 97%

There's already some code to do this, but it's not active currently. I'll see 
if I can bring it back to life.

Anything else other than E&M + Ebon Plague?

spell crit debuff:  Imp Scorch + Winter's Chill + (in 3.1) Improved Shadowbolt 
(I think the debuff is called Shadow 
Mastery)

Also, Curse of Elements is in the same group as Ebon Plague/Earth and Moon.  

Most of the non-stacking stuff is nearly impossible to parse, cause it's just a 
talent that modifies an existing 
debuff (like ret pally crit debuff or ret aura haste).  If you want a pretty 
comprehensive list, you can go from the 
MMO raid comp tool (http://raidcomp.mmo-champion.com/)
