Shadow Priest DoT crits #129

Priest DoTs, now capable of critting when cast by a priest in Shadowform,
don't have their crit rate displayed in a boss parse. It's showing static
ticks for SWP, VT, and DP, but not their critrate, or other stats commonly
associated with spells that crit. Noticed this after running a parse of
Ulduar from last night.

Didn't notice any errors or abnormal messages during the combatlog parse.

Added crit rate for ticks in r257. If anything about it seems fishy, let me 
know, but it seems okay from a quick 
once-over.
