Patch to add a damage in table to the chartpage

This patch adds a table for the incoming damage.
We wanted to see which tank tank took how much damage and how often people
died in a fight so we added a table for that, it also adds the information
to the xml file.

Thanks, I added this with some changes (put in blanks for folks that didn't 
take damage, and included 
environmental damage).
