Decurse stats missing #36

In the data.xml files, the decurse value is always recorded as 0.

That's indicative of a larger issue: the program does not record or display any 
information about dispels at all. It 
probably should though.

The program now records dispel and interrupt information and shows it in the 
HTML reports. However it's still 
missing from the XML.

Aaaand now it's in the XML. As you can tell, this feature was a tough one, I've 
been working on it night and day 
for almost three months.
