Inaccurate aura uptime (Earth and Moon) #61

What exactly went wrong? Was a particular stat reported incorrectly, was a
raider assigned the wrong class or pets, was a log split up improperly, or
was it something else? Please be as specific as you can with regard to
particular fights, players, pets, or mobs.

We have a balance druid in our raids. He cast 72 spells over 3 minutes that
would proc Earth and Moon (specced 3/3, so 100% chance to apply). Over
those three minutes, his Earth and Moon uptime is listed at 31.5%, when it
should have been >95%. Due to the low application count (9) over the entire
fight (2:50), I suspect that Earth and Moon fell off 9 times and was
reapplied 9 times, but it is *not* properly counting the REFRESH event as
uptime.

It looks like the log file is being parsed properly (if you look at that log, 
there is often a significant amount of 
time in between consecutive REMOVED and APPLIED events with no REFRESH in 
between).

Looking at the log, there are many times that E&M is up for less time than it's 
supposed to be (12 seconds). 
For example, it goes up at 15:48:40.794 and falls off at 15:48:41.641, one 
second later. It then doesn't go 
back up until 15:48:50.848, nine seconds later.

I suspect there is probably something else that is forcing it off; I can look 
into this further if you sent the 
entire uncut log file. I'd be looking for some other aura coming on at the same 
time that E&M falls off.

It's interacting with Ebon Plague, based on looking at the log file (E&M is 
going up and down at the same instant 
Ebon Plague refreshes). This is a property of the combat log and there isn't 
really much to be done about it.
