Pennance in "Casts & Power" shows only a single target "Environment" #69

When running parse with a Disc Priest in the raid and viewing their healing
stats, the breakdown for Pennance correctly shows all the targets it was
cast on, however in the "Casts and Power" breakdown, all casts of Pennance
are being assigned a single target of "Environment".

This is how the combat log works. The actual combat log event has something like

Action: Spell Cast Success
Source: [priest name]
Target: none
