Current not setting up in TMC2209 on Arduino Uno using UART #288

I was working on Arduino Uno using TMC2209 to run a stepper motor and to control it's current using UART, but the current is not being set at all with rms_current(). I've checked the wiring and it's all good and I've also tried uploading Basic Sketch To Run A Stepper Motor. That's Working fine but when i connect Rx & Tx for UART and try to set current, it's not working.

If anyone knows what i can do than i appreciate any help.
